On November 21 and 22, 2025, I had the honor of participating in the last meeting of the Board of Directors of the African Students and Alumni Forum (ASAF) for the year 2025 in Praia, Cape Verde, as the Officer in charge of Internal Affairs.

On November 21 and 22, 2025, I had the honor of participating in the last meeting of the Board of Directors of the African Students and Alumni Forum (ASAF) for the year 2025 in Praia, Cape Verde, as the Officer in charge of Internal Affairs.

Two intense, strategic, and necessary days.

On the agenda:

a review of the activities carried out since the AGF in Cape Town;

presentation of the 𝒂𝒗𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆́𝒆𝒔 𝒅𝒖 π’ˆπ’“π’π’–π’‘π’† 𝒅𝒆 𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒗 π’‚π’Šπ’ π’„π’‰π’‚π’“π’ˆπ’†Μ 𝒅𝒆 π’“π’†Μπ’—π’Šπ’”π’†π’“ 𝒏𝒐𝒔 𝒅𝒐 π’„π’–π’Žπ’†π’π’•π’” 𝒅𝒆 π’ˆπ’π’–π’—π’†π’“π’π’‚π’π’„π’† ;

finalization of the 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐨𝐜𝐨π₯𝐞𝐬 πβ€™πšπœπœπ¨π«π (πŒπ¨π”);

preparation of the main guidelines for 2026, a year that promises to be even more formative for our network.

This groundwork is essential: governance, consistency, internal rules... It is the foundation of any serious and effective network.

In Praia, I saw once again that ASAF is moving forward, consolidating and becoming more professional.

And I am proud to contribute to this, with rigor, commitment and ambition for our continent.
